About the Event
On June 13, 2026, ENERWA participated in the 17th Annual Cecil County Wade-In held at the North East Beach area of Elk Neck State Park. The event brought together families, environmental organizations, and community members for a day focused on clean water, environmental awareness, and Chesapeake Bay stewardship.
Visitors enjoyed hands-on exhibits, educational demonstrations, and opportunities to learn about local waterways. Many guests stopped by the ENERWA table to learn more about our water quality monitoring efforts and volunteer opportunities. We appreciate everyone who attended and helped celebrate the importance of protecting our rivers, streams, and the Bay.
