About the Meeting
The ENERWA Annual Meeting was held on a cold and rainy Tuesday, May 14th. The Board of Directors was joined by approximately 30 ENERWA members and supporters at the Hances Point Yacht Club. Much gratitude to our gracious hosts as well as all the supporters who braved the unpleasant weather to attend!
Our speaker for the event was Laura Hannan, Executive Director of the Fair Hill Nature Center. Laura shared the varied and extensive educational work supported and performed by the Nature Center. Children ages 5-13 can enjoy Summer Camps when school is out in the summer.
In addition, when school is out on weekdays through the school year, children can also enjoy scheduled Pop-up Camps. Both types of campus allow children to get outside and play while also learning about the environment around them.
